We believe in providing affordable care. Households with lower incomes have less disposable income and percentage of income they spend on health is a critical determinant of their overall wellbeing. Our customers should be expected to pay not only a lower amount for a given service, but also spend a lower proportion of their income on availing health care service. Therefore for us, the aim is to provide services at the lowest possible costs by optimizing our resource utilization levels and performing at a scale that permits lowest possible pricing.
